From I-95 South, take exit number 161 (left exit) onto Route 1 South. Turn Right past the first light (Furnace Road) into the Gunston office park.  Mosaic Tile is at the front of the office park.

From I-95 North, take exit number 160A toward Woodbridge. Merge onto VA-123 S. (Gordon Street). Continue about 3/4 of a mile and turn left onto Route 1. Follow for about 3/4 of a mile. Turn left onto Furnace Road and then left into the Gunston office park. Mosaic Tile is at the front of the office park.
